Windows and doors...done!

Pure beautiful...

I had an appointment this morning with the cabinet specialist to lay out everything and design my custom island. While we were there the windows and doors were being installed; I never thought wood and glass could be SO beautiful!!! My heart is overjoyous and I'm  loving every minute...I sing God's praises for this blessing in our life! 

Update...

We have more framing complete, about 95% complete. We had our electrical walkthrough this evening. I meet with the cabinet guy in the morning to customize my kitchen island and talk cabinets. Moving right along...

Woah!!!

My dad went by today, we are still at the beach, and we can't wait to get there and see all this for ourselves...

So we are at the beach but our awesome agent sent us the update...

We will be stopping here on the way home tomorrow!!! 😆🚧🔨

Foundation

Moving fast this week, but should be another week and a half before framing. Good news is that the workers were suppose to start our house as #3 and they did it as #2, so closing moved up a month to end of October, Halłoween. Yay workers for going out of order! ;-)

Introducing,  in the Powhatan, VA corner,  weighing in at 9lbs. 4.3oz., 20.5 inches!  Erin Jane "cha cha" Breitenbach.   We're getting ready to rumblllllllllle!!

Dusty progress and tree removal...

Josh went to visit the lot yesterday. The footings have been dug for the foundation, the driveway is taking shape, and the pines trees have been removed, I know that makes you smile Sandy :-) We are expecting the foundation to be poured next week and framing to take place within 2 1/2 weeks. More progress and pictures to come!

It might not look like much to get all excited about now, but if it is God's will and plan this will be the future location of the Breitenbach home!!! The lot is reserved and the pre-qualification is in from the bank!!!
